Book the bundleThe shape of a typical visit: warm marble underfoot, slow hands, mint at the end. A hammam-and-massage visit can take about three hours, depending on the ritual you choose.

01ArrivalOff the lift, sixth floor of Johnwood Hotel. The marble floor under the chairs, the goldcat sign on the column. A fresh robe is folded on the bench, mint tea is already poured.

02The SteamFifteen quiet minutes on warm marble. Steam fills the room until the skin softens and the shoulders drop. Nothing else has to happen yet.

03The ScrubBeldi soap — black, soft, made from cured olives — is left on the body to soften it. Then the kessa: a coarse mitt drawn slowly from shoulders to ankles. The skin comes back to itself.

04The MassageNinety minutes of warm hands and argan oil. Shoulders first, then the back, then the legs, then the head. Slow attention, low light, no rush.

05Mint TeaA silver kettle, a small glass, hot water poured from a height. The first sip is bright and sweet. The second, lower. Take both before you stand up.

Booking
- A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm all appointments.
- Appointments are only considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
- The remaining balance is due before the commencement of your treatment.
Arrival time
- Guests should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
- This allows time for a welcome and any necessary consultation before treatment starts.
Late arrival
- Late arrivals may have their treatment time adjusted to accommodate other appointments.
- Significant delays may require rescheduling based on availability.
No-show policy
Guests who miss an appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
No refunds after deposit
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rescheduling
After one week from the date of payment, rescheduling is no longer applicable under any circumstances.
Group and couple reservations
Couple and group reservations are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling timelines. Management may request advance confirmation for larger bookings.
Exceptional circumstances
Gold Cat Hammam & Spa reserves the right to review exceptional situations at management discretion.
